Pick up from the hotel, departure to Antsirabe. Stop at Ambatolampy to visit a workshop based on recycling aluminum, bronze for different kitchen utensils… Then, continue to Antsirabe. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Drive to the town of Betafo which is at 20 km West of Antsirabe. Start a walk through some villages of farmers and nice terraced fields. An occasion to get familiar with daily life of the local and enjoy the fresh air of the country side. Continue with the car and drive to Tritriva lake. A short walk around this legendary lake. Then drive back to the town. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, head to the West for about 220 km of paved road to Miandrivazo. Picnic lunch en route. Arrived in Miandrivazo, transfer to the hotel and evening free. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Drive to the village of Masiakampy. Upon arrival, getting on board of the boat and starting the cruise. The navigation lasts 6 to 7 hours per day. The first day on the river, we will enjoy the beautiful landscape and the magnificent waterfall of Anosin’ampela. Landing on the river bank late in the afternoon. Having dinner under the moonlight and a sky full of stars.

In the morning, move from the camp site to reach the village of Begidro to figure out the daily life of the locale people. Later on, start sailing again on the river. Passing through the Gorge of Bemaraha. You may have the chance to see some lemurs, water birds, bats… lunch on the river bank. Dinner and overnight camping.

Last morning on the river. Arrival at Belo Sur Tsiribihina. Lunch in the boat before meeting the car and the driver. Afternoon drive to the village of Bekopaka on dirt road. Check-in on arrival; diner and overnight at the hotel.

In the morning, accompanied by a local guide, start your exploration of the Tsingy world. First, we get on board of a pirogues to visit the caves in which we can see its stalactites and stalagmites. After that, continue to walk in the park to see the beauty of magnificent limestone peaks, very sharp. Picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Visit of the Great Tsingy. 17 km from the city of Bekopaka that you reach by car. Always accompanied by your guide and equipped with shoulder harnesses, explore the Tsingy, high of 30 to 50 m. Walkways and wooden bridges, well integrated into the landscape, will help you to continue more easily your visit to the area of Great Tsingy. Picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Morning departure from Bekopaka, passing at Belo then crossing the river by ferry in order to reach Kirindy forest. Upon arrival, check in at the lodge. Later, go for a night walk to search for nocturnal lemurs, nocturnal reptiles. If lucky, you may see the famous “fosa”. This is the largest carnivore in Madagascar. Dinner and overnight at the forest camp.

After breakfast, back in the forest to see 2 species of diurnal lemurs, birds, mammals and reptiles, and flora (and precious wood, medicinal plants). Lunch, then drive to Morondava. Stop at the Baobab Alley, one of the best spot in the world for the sunset. Transfer to the hotel. Check in, dinner and overnight

4 hours drive on dirt road to the village of Belo sur Mer. We will pass by some big baobab trees on the way. Check-in on arrival. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight.

Full day at leisure on the seaside. Possibility to visit Kirindy Mitea National Park or a walk around to see the fisherman village, boat construction. Snorkeling off small Islands in the area can also be organized by the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Drive back to Morondava on the same road. Lunch on arrival and continue to drive until Miandrivazo during the afternoon. Hotel check-in on arrival. Dinner and overnight. 

After breakfast, leave Miandrivazo to reach Antananarivo. The road trip lasts at least 9 hours. Lunch in Antsirabe and drive on until the capital in the afternoon. Check-in upon arrival. Dinner and overnight.

According to the international flight schedule, possibility to have a city tour and to visit the famous Queen’s Palace. Then, Transfer to the airport to catch the international flight. End of program.
